We at Spectrum New Beginnings (SNB) are incredibly honored and excited to be featured in the recent community investment fund spotlight article! This recognition truly validates the hard work and dedication of our team, volunteers, and the incredible individuals we serve every day here in Dayton, Ohio.

We are committed to addressing health disparities in historically under-resourced communities, like Northwest Dayton's Hope Zone, by offering free programs that empower individuals and foster community well-being. and highlights the impact of the Learn to Earn Dayton in helping us achieve our goals.

We are immensely grateful for the partnership and support of the Community Investment Fund (CIF). Supported by Blue Meridian Partners and local philanthropic organizations, the CIF provided an initial financial investment that helped SNB launch programming in Northwest Dayton, allowing us to meet urgent wellness needs in historically under-resourced neighborhoods. The impact has extended beyond funding; our involvement in the CIF peer learning cohort has created space for reflection, strategy, and connection with other mission-driven leaders. This feature not only raises awareness about the vital work being done at SNB but also inspires us to continue striving for a more inclusive and supportive community for everyone.
