Mindful Art is a creative experience that combines artistic expression with mindfulness techniques to promote relaxation, self-awareness, and emotional well-being. Participants engage in guided art activities, focusing on the present moment without judgment. Through the use of colors, textures, and various artistic mediums, this session encourages self-expression, reduces stress, and fosters a sense of inner peace. No prior artistic experience is needed—just an open mind and a willingness to explore creativity in a calming and supportive environment.

Using therapeutic music, meditation, and journaling, the Healing Minds program uses guided imagery, meditation, and sounds to promote a positive mind-body connection, helping persons understand the link between a person's thoughts, attitudes, behaviors, and their physical health. Scientific studies reveal that the hormones and neurotransmitters (chemical messengers) associated with emotion can also have physical effects. Healing Minds taps into the mind-body connection through monthly sessions for men, women, and children.

Chair massage is a quick and effective way to relieve stress, ease muscle tension, and boost focus. This seated, clothed massage targets the neck, shoulders, and back—common areas of tension from studying, working, screen time, and stress. No need to change clothes or carve out hours for self-care—just a few minutes can help you feel refreshed, relaxed, and ready to take on your next class or exam! Chair massages are typically 10-15 minutes each.
