Guided Meditation
Using therapeutic music, meditation, and journaling, the Healing Minds program uses guided imagery, meditation. It sounds to promote a positive mind-body connection, helping persons understand the link between a person's thoughts, attitudes, behaviors, and physical health. Scientific studies reveal that the hormones and neurotransmitters (chemical messengers) associated with emotion can also have physical effects. Healing Minds taps into the mind-body connection through monthly sessions for men, women, and children.
